The liberation struggle unfolds on many terrains. Before it unfolds anywhere else, it unfolds in the minds of the people. Political education is therefore not a secondary function of the Movement; it is the foundation upon which all other functions rest.
This school carries the SWALIMO Political Education Manual online so that any member, in any district or in the diaspora, can study the same curriculum with the same political line. It consolidates Pillars One through Four into one disciplined learning pathway.
How the school works
- Study module by module. Each of the twenty modules teaches its core concepts, key content and discussion questions.
- Test after every module. Six questions. Seventy percent to pass, with unlimited retakes — the aim is understanding, not gatekeeping.
- Exam after every pillar. Fifteen questions covering all five modules of that pillar.
- Certification. Passing a pillar exam issues a numbered certificate that anyone can verify online.
National, district, cell
The manual is designed for cascading implementation: National Schools establish uniform clarity, District Commissars replicate the curriculum in their territories, and Cells of ten to twenty-five members turn doctrine into discussion and discussion into conviction. This platform supports all three levels — study alone, or use the modules as the basis of a cell session.
